North Hills Accounting Firm - Pittsburgh, PA              (25 Years in Business)
Seeks part time administrative assistant.  This person provides administrative support for two accountants and one payroll manager.  Duties include preparing payroll checks and reports for clients, quarterly payroll tax returns, W-2s and 1099s.  Knowledge in Accounting CS Payroll Software a plus.

Other duties include:

  • Answering phones, directing calls & greeting clients.
  • Perform basic clerical duties (processing mail, typing & filing).
  • Data entry for tax returns, financial reporting, etc.
  • Other general office duties.


Good communication and organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast- paced office with required mandatory deadlines.

40+ hours per week Monday thru Saturday during income tax season/30 hours rest of year.  $17/hour. 

TAX SEASON OVERTIME MANDATORY Time and Half Paid out

Payroll twice a month

Minimum of 1 week paid vacation from start date

Small Team environment working with a staff of 10 or less people
